1. Services Provided
We offer reward-based dog training services for dogs of all ages and skill levels. Our services include, but are not limited to, private lessons, group classes, online training and walk and trains.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments: Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm your appointment via email.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in full payment being taken. The expectation would be that the session is reschedule unless there is expectational circumstances. If you need to reschedule any bookings, please contact me directly.
No Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be made.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: Payments are due at the time of booking. We accept all major debit/credit cards/bank transfers.
Refunds: Payments for services are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation made by us. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Training Methodology
Our training is based on positive reinforcement and reward-based techniques. We do not use punitive methods such as shock collars, choke chains, or physical discipline. This will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Clients agree to follow the methods and principles as outlined during training.

5. Client Responsibilities
Age and Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your dog is healthy and fit for training. You must advice us of any issue on the day.
Behavioral Issues: You must inform us of any behavioral issues your dog may have, including but not limited to aggression, separation anxiety, or fear-based behavior.
Dogs In Season: You must inform us if your dog comes into season before the session and we will happily reschedule.
6. Liability
Liability Waiver: By engaging in our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your dog’s actions during and after the training sessions. You release Steadfast Canine Training from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in training services.
Injuries: We take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, but we are not liable for any injuries sustained by you, your dog, or any third party during training.
7. Photo and Video Use
You agree that Steadfast Canine Training may use photographs or video recordings of your dog taken during training sessions for promotional purposes, social media, or educational content, unless you opt out in writing.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared between you and Steadfast Canine Training will be kept confidential.
We will not disclose any personal or training-related information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate training services at any time, with or without cause, and without refund. This includes instances where the safety or well-being of the trainer, client, or dog is compromised, or if the client does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts located in United Kingdom.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you through the contact information we have on file. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
